I’ve been really tired this week. Abnormally tired. I’ve started my period, but that’s never effected me in this way.

Being so tired has dropped my mood a bit. I end up spending time resting to ensure I get through the day. I forget things. Phones, directions…I can’t read aloud without making mistakes.

I end up tearful. I get anxious about my mood dropping and then don’t sleep well.

That makes me more tired…so everything just gets worse.
